The project comprises a two-storey new build with basement parking, incorporating rooms for counselling, GP consulting, dental surgery, breakout spaces and staff areas, as well as larger community spaces. Works also include demolition and refurbishment of some areas of the existing building to create an internal courtyard space between the new and existing buildings.
