Included in the project scope is a large community centre for residents, extensive ground level parking, café, internal and external communal spaces, outdoor amenities to promote health and social interaction, extensive landscaping featuring a kids’ play area, civil works for an internal road to service the village and enabling works to facilitate future plans for an additional 125 apartments over four buildings.
