- Liaising with Senior Project Manager to ensure all contracts are in line with agreements
- Ensure all processes are streamlined and efficient
- Assisting in managing stakeholder relationships including clients, consultants, and end user
- Monitor progress, ensure that work quality and techniques are of a high standard and report regularly to the operations manager on project performance against company objectives
- Managing project scopes, ensuring the project is delivered on time and to budget whilst achieving all project objectives.
- Assist in contract administration duties, including progress claims and variations.
- Assist in managing sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Update project documentation, including sub-contractor documentation, as required for quality assurance, contractual and compliance requirements.
- Provide administration support including document management, coordinate and minute meetings, preparing reports and other administration duties as required.
